DAVE FURNEAUX

Dave Furneaux has spent his career as an entrepreneur, venture investor and builder capitalist, forming, building, and investing in numerous high growth deep technology Internet, Mobile, Software, Healthcare, Biotechnology and Agriculture/Food companies.

Dave was an early team member in Chrysalis Symbolic Design which was acquired by Synopsys and pioneered AI for Formal Verification of Integrated Circuit development. He went on to build or led investments into several successful companies including Watchfire (acquired by IBM), Skystone (acquired by Cisco), Philsar (acquired by Skyworks), Extreme (acquired by Microchip), ALIS (acquired by Karl Zeiss), Application Security (acquired by Singtel), RMI (acquired by Broadcom) and Aironet (acquired by Cisco).

Dave founded and led Kodiak Venture Partners, which went on to invest in and build successful companies, such as Appnexus (acquired by AT&T), Channel Advisor (NYSE: ECOM), Spaceclaim (acquired by Ansys), Enfora (acquired by Novatel) and WHERE (acquired by Paypal).

Through BlueIO, Dave has teamed with notable founders to build, invest in and scale promising seminal companies such as Virsec Systems, Lufa Farms, Greenlight Biosciences, Cybersaint and Lumicell.
